Works for some people, others it's TOO strong, but for you, I think it's about right. Maybe try turning your extrusion rate down a little bit and see if that does anything. Too much plastic means theres extra that can get stuck to your nozzle. This one is more extreme and I tend to only link it for really bad extruders, it should give more positive pressure on the spring if it is really weak. Looking at the pillars they seem a little 'fat', and it also looks like theres some extra overlap and a tiny bit of bulging on the bottom layer.
Put that on the bowden coupler by the extruder to keep your PTFE locked and not loose While you're there you can try these prints, if you can make them Now we come to mechanical, check your extruder drive, the lever that's on the spring should not be so tight it binds, you want the spring to give positive pressure to the spring in order to help extrusion work and the drive feed, looking at the print I feel like you'd do yourself a service in unscrewing the level, checking the gear and reassembling. That should give it a bit more time to cool on this. Try 200, next, try 6mm retraction at 60mm/s, lastly, look at your time in layer settings, try something along the lines of Adjust printing speed for layers under 15 seconds to 20%.
